It’s that time of the year again when we throw a post-marathon party that travels home with you and feels like the first time you fell in love.
This time the Bravey Post-Marathon Club Vibes were planned with extra love by the team. We fell in love with Säälchen, a venue that carries a special kind of energy — intimate, warm, and electric — like a concert hall built for connection. So of course we had to lock in a fire headliner.
The first name on the lineup? None other than the legendary FS GREEN from Amsterdam. We’ve been trying to bring him back to Berlin for ages, and we’re hyped it finally worked out—right before his big US tour. The second we confirmed him, we knew this night was gonna be straight-up litty. From there, all we had to do was…

We moved fast and locked in two incredible DJs from South Africa—Leroto and Jakob Snake. We’d already connected with them at past running events since they’re crew-affiliated. It’s a Nine Four family affair, right? How amazing is that?
From there, it was all about fine-tuning the lineup with some of our favorite locals and house regulars: the iconic Moneyama and the vibe master Davi Bipolar. To top it all off, we added the one and only Mike Nasa on the mic—always hilarious, and drippy with his swag.
KILLER LINEUP: SET AND READY! 🎶🔥

Jacky and me locked eyes with that “we’ve got this” look and asked themselves the big questions: How do we make this unforgettable for all the internationals in town? How do we turn this into the most legendary marathon afterparty ever? And most importantly, how do we push ourselves creatively to do something totally out of the ordinary?
That’s when Roberto Brundo joined the brainstorm. The energy was already buzzing, and I kicked it off with a bold idea: “Yoooo, we need treadmills in the club—like Nipsey Hussle’s ‘The Marathon Continues.’” To drive it home, I pulled up a short video we shot back in 2017 during the half marathon weekend.

With that said, we needed the perfect cherry on top—and it came in the form of the insanely talented visual artist, Karimo. This legend managed to sneak 24 vintage TVs into the club, creating mind-blowing custom visuals that had everyone mesmerized. He VJ’d non-stop all night, transforming the vibe into something absolutely bonkers.

The result? One of our all-time favorite marathon afterparties. With more than 800 people showing up, we raised the bar once again and proved that Braves marathon parties are the ones to be at. And those damn treadmills? They tied the whole concept together perfectly, a full-circle moment in true Braves fashion.
An unforgettable night, thank you all for coming and bringing the most amazing energy.
We appreciate you,
Much love,
Joey Elgersma
